HELP is designed to be the fastest path from “something is wrong” to “the right people know.” Here’s exactly what happens.
Who is notified
Admin, Guardian, and Family roles in your circle receive the alert with your live location and any optional audio or video context you’ve enabled. Protected members can trigger HELP themselves, but do not receive the fan-out from other members’ alerts — that responsibility sits with Admin, Guardian, and Family.
Full alert vs. quiet mode
A full alert can use sound and prominent notifications to get immediate attention. Quiet mode sends the same information silently — useful when drawing attention could make a situation worse.
After the alert
Every HELP event creates an incident timeline: location updates, acknowledgements from circle members, and the eventual resolution. You can cancel or resolve an incident yourself if it was triggered by accident.
